The tablet makes repetitive complex trajectory in the clean and sealed rotatory cylinder under the spiral impeller. During the movement, coating medium is automatically sprayed according to the technological process and reasonable process parameters. In the meanwhile, hot air is supplied under negative pressure which is then exhausted from the tablet and the bottom so that the coating
on the surface of the tablet can receive fast and uniform drying before forming hard and smooth surface film.
1. Removable coating machine allows various coating rollers in line with the number of products so as to reduce the use of coating materials, save cost and resources.
