It is composed of chassis, driving system, control system, mixing hopper and other parts. In the operation, the materials are added into the hoppers, and the hopper is fastened after it. The time and speed for mixing can be designed according to the technical requirements. When the machine starts, the mixing will start. When the set time comes, the machine will stop, and the mixing ends too.
The angle between the rotator (mixing hopper) and the rotating axis is 30° While rotating along with the rotator, the materials in the mixing hopper also conduct tangential motion along the inner wall. The best effect can be achieved through the strong rotating and high-speed tangential motion. PLC automatic control is adopted, and anti-error butterfly valve is equipped to ensure production safety. The materials can go through different processes in the same container, saving the trouble of frequent material transfer and feeding. It can effectively control powder and cross contamination, reduce the material loss and control material layering, which optimizes the manufacturing technique. It completely conforms with the GMP requirements of production.
