This machine consists of engine base, driving system, control system and mixing hopper etc. When working, mix work begins after adding material into hopper, locking the hopper cover, setting mixing time, mixing speed and starting mixing control system according to the technological requirements. When reaching the set time, machine automatically stops, after the mix work finished, material distribution begins.

This machine is newly designed by combining the advanced foreign techniques and domestic demands. It has reasonable structure, stable function, convenient operation, and no dead angles or exposing bolts. The machine is equipped with an anti-error outlet butterfly valve, which brings the convenience to disassemble and clean, and ensures the production safety. The angle between the rotator (mixing hopper) and the rotating axis is 30?. When rotating along with the rotator, the material in the mixing hopper also conducts tangential motion along the inner wall. The best effect can be achieved through the strong rotating and high-speed tangential motion. It completely conforms with the GMP requirements of production.
