This machine can complete the functions of automatic lifting, mixing and descending, etc. The demand of large quantity and various mixing can be met with one set of hopper mixer and several mixing hopper of different sizes. It is ideal equipment for pharmacy factories. Meanwhile, it is widely used in the industries of pharmacy, chemistry and food.

Principle of operation

This machine is composed of chassis, rotating frame, driver, braking and control system, etc. The control system will be started after pushing and fastening the mixing hopper to the rotating frame. The rotating frame will be lifted to mixing height and be located stably. Automatic mixing will be conducted in accordance with the set time and rotating speed. After the mixing is done and the rotating axis is still vertically, the hopper can descend automatically to the ground. Technical data will be printed out after the whole machine finishes operation. Then the fastening device of the rotating frame can be released and the hopper can be pushed into next process.

This machine is newly designed by combining the advanced foreign techniques and domestic demands. It has reasonable structure, stable function, convenient operation, and no dead angles or exposing bolts.The angle between the rotator (mixing hopper) and the rotating axis is 30° When rotaWng along with the rotator, the material in the mixing hopper also conducts tangential motion along the inner wall. The best effect can be achieved through the strong rotating and highspeed tangential motion. PLC automatic control is adopted, and infrared safety device and anti-error device are equipped to ensure production safety. The material can go through different processes in the same container, saving the trouble of frequent material transfer and charging. It can effectively control powder and cross contamination, reduce the material loss and control material hierarchy, which optimizes the manufacturing techniques. It completely conforms with the GMP requirements of production.
