Principle of operation

This machine is totally made of fine SUS304. During the pulverizing driving, high-speed relative and tangential motion can be generated among multistage knife plate, fixed both-way fluted disk and fixed gear ring. The materials will be pulverized through striking, clashing, shearing, crashing and airflow grinding after being spread outwardly from the center of multistage knife plate in the machine body. Under negative pressure generated by centrifugal fan, a large quantity of air will be inhaled into the chamber. It has functions of cooling, grinding and material transporting. When the materials flow through the screen mesh, the fine powder will be automatically transported to airtight storage tank, and thicker powder will flow back to the chamber to be processed again, so as to reach the best effect of pulverizing.

This equipment is used widely in industries of Chinese and western medicine, food, chemistry, etc. It is applicable for pulverizing dry and crisp chemical materials, Chinese herbal medicine, crystalline and other nubby materials. It is composed of two systems with six functions, including double-cut pulverizing function, automatic powder flow function, removable mesh, automatic transporting function, airtight material storage function and dust cleaning function. It has features of high efficiency, good performance, easy cleaning and convenient operation, etc, which makes it become the preferred material pulverizing equipment. It completely conforms with the GMP requirements of pharmacy industry.
