Purpose

This machine is mainly used to transfer, charge solid materials in pharmacy industry. It can be used together with mixer, tablet presser, capsule filling machine, etc. Meanwhile, it is widely used in the industries of pharmacy, chemistry and food.

Principle of operation

This machine is mainly composed of chassis, standing column and lifting system, etc. During operation, the hopper filled with materials is pushed to the lifting frame firstly. Then the hopper will be lifted when the lifting button is pressed. The chassis can be turned to connect the hopper with the charged machine. The materials will be transferred to next process when the outlet butterfly valve is opened.
